Step Ahead Care Services Ltd provides multiple supported living accommodation set ups in London. We offer these services for both adults and transitioning young adults to help them live independent lives within their own homes from the age of 18 onwards. Our services have a huge impact on freedom, self-esteem, quality of life, and improving relationships with family and friends.

You can choose your home and will have a tenancy agreement with the support of our team. While you will be able to live independently, you will also have the support you may need nearby to help you understand and manage your choices positively.

Making a Person-Centered Plan

A Person-Centered Plan is important to help you respect yourself and others, live safely, eat healthily and be active within your immediate and wider community. We will make this plan with you based on your own aims and what is important to you so that you can build your skills and get the support you need, when you need it. We’ll also review how things are going and work with you continually to update your goals and make good choices

Your Personal Support Team

Your Support Team makes the biggest difference to your day to day life and happiness. Step Ahead Care Services limited  has a team of highly skilled and friendly staff who are passionate about the work they do with our clients. They will help you on a day to day basis and support you to do the things that you want to do. One of the Support Team will be your Key Worker – this person will work closest with you to understand your goals and needs.

Your Support Team will regularly communicate with the experienced Management Team to get their advice and opinions during day to day activities and for supervision or mentoring as needed. This helps them with their own personal development and the quality of support that they provide for you.

Our teams are structured so that you have a network of people who are helping you, either directly or behind the scenes to make the most of your independence and work towards your personal goals.

We also provide support services designed ONLY for WOMEN, where we have dedicated homes managed and staffed by females that ensure a safe and comfortable environment for females without their privacy being compromised.

Challenging Behavior Care

At Step Ahead Care Services, we know that behaviour that challenge is invariably a form of communication. We provide right support in place, because challenging and distressed behaviour can usually be prevented by providing right support and care

Borderline Personality Care

Psychotherapy is the primary treatment for borderline personality disorder, however medication may be used as well. We overcome this disorder by providing several Psychotherapies.
