We are an independent social care provider delivering Supported Living and Domiciliary Care to a range of Service Users and meeting the range of low through to critical high support, high supervision needs and those suffering with dementia, people with physical disabilities. Step Ahead Care Services has built a great reputation for providing specialized care up to 24 hours semi independent living options for adults aged 18 and over.

Mission

We are able to provide a comprehensive package for those who wish to live in our Supported Living units, whilst we can also offer the same standard of support and intervention for those who wish to remain in their own homes.

We aim to work in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act 2014 and our quality is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have an established professional track record in supporting service users with high, medium, and low-level mental health needs. Hence, our clients maintain as much as possible, long periods of stable mental state, preventing frequent hospital admissions.

Borderline Personality Care

Psychotherapy is the primary treatment for borderline personality disorder, however medication may be used as well. We overcome this disorder by providing several Psychotherapies.

We can effectively communicate with persons who have communication challenges, We specialise in looking after adults having complex communication needs i.e. Individuals using BSL (British sign language) and MAKATON.
